Q: Do you stock bicycles, parts, and accessories?

A: No, we are a bicycle service center only, and here's why: With so many options out there, it's impossible to stock a shop in a way that supports everyone's needs. Cottle Built focuses on providing quality services. If parts or products are needed, we will either recommend reliable local bicycle shops to purchase from, or will order product for you from other distributors. One of our core goals is to make the entire service process approachable and affordable, the bottom line is that we will make sure you get all the right stuff!

Q: How do I schedule a bicycle repair? 

A: If you're on IG, FB, or Twitter, Cottle Built will respond promptly Monday-Friday only. The first step is to schedule an in-person appointment to put together a quote and turnaround time for the work order. If you do not have social media, please email [email protected].

Q: Where are you located?

A: Cottle Built is physically located in the North Side. If the North Side is not convenient for you, pick up and drop off is possible anywhere within ~10 miles of the City of Pittsburgh.
